COVID-19 Service Procedures for Your Safety

Overview

Due to the fluctuation of infection rates and for our customer's and technician's safety, we continue operating under a COVID-19 service protocol, which includes a no-contact repair service with an external drop-off and pick-up procedure. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

Please review the following information regarding our repair protocol, and how to prepare your device for service.

Call when you arrive in our back parking lot. At that time, our team will provide further instructions. Please contact us with any questions you may have regarding our procedures at 309-757-7600.

Upon drop-off, you will be asked about COVID-19 exposure. Have you or anyone in your household contracted COVID-19 within the last 60 days? Answering this question will assist our technicians with assessing the correct Personal Protection Equipment required to complete your repair.

Please wear a mask for device drop-off and pick-up.
