You hereby agree, release and waive any and all claims and/or liability against MainstreamUSA arising from these electronic communications.

If we make modifications to the Terms of Use, we will post such changes here and/or make available in writing at our offices. When such modifications occur they will be binding on you when placed online and are retroactively enforced.
